Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
In original packaging (including cases, accessories, tags)
Not damaged by improper use
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., mouthguards, compression wear) unless sealed
How to Start a Return
Contact us at returns@sporthobbycase.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or incorrect item: We cover return shipping.
Change of mind: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please request an exchange instead of a return. Exchanges follow the same 30-day policy.
